David Tarlinton
Principal Engineer
David has over twenty years of industry experience in civil and structural engineering design, site supervision and project management. David has worked in small, medium and Tier 1 consulting engineering firms. His client base has included multinational companies, government agencies, public and private companies and individuals.
David’s experience includes analysis, design and assessment of steel, concrete, masonry and timber elements of industrial, mining, infrastructure and commercial structures. He has extensive experience in the design of residential slabs and footings, stormwater drainage and on-site detention systems.
Qualifications and Registrations:
- BEng (Hons) Civil, University of Wollongong.
- Certificate IV in Project Management, TAFE NSW.
- FIEAust CPEng NER – Civil and Structural Colleges.
- RPEQ – Civil and Structural Colleges.

- Association of Civil Engineering Consultants – Illawarra (ACEC). President: 2013 to Present.
Kate Musgrave
Administration / Accounts Manager
Kate comes from a strong background in the financial services and facilities maintenance sectors. Her skills have been transferable to the financial and contractual elements of business management. Kate manages administration and accounts at INGLIS Engineering.
